"Good gadgets and quick enough shipping"
I ordered a couple of small items from PulseTV, including an LED light and a kitchen tool. They both looked like the pictures and matched the descriptions, so no issues there.

Checkout was simple, and my package arrived in about a week. Everything worked right out of the box, which I always appreciate.

The prices seem fair, and they have a lot of random but useful stuff. I’m happy with the order and would probably buy from them again.

"Worked for me, but the site felt a little clunky"
I was able to get around PulseTV okay, but some of the pages felt a bit crowded to me. I eventually found what I was looking for, though I wish the search worked a little better because I didn’t really want to spend extra time digging. Checkout was easy enough, so overall it got the job done for me, just not as smooth as I would’ve liked.

"Better than most stuff I’ve tried"
Everything I got worked well and feels solid. compared to a lot of similar products out there, this one seems like good quality and doesn’t feel cheap.

"Shipping felt reasonable to me"
I ordered a couple of things and was relieved that the shipping cost wasn’t ridiculous like it can be on some other sites. The total was shown clearly before I checked out, and there weren’t any surprise fees added at the last second. My order arrived without any issues, so overall I’d say it was a good experience and I’d be fine ordering again.

They did get back to me and answered my question, but it took longer than I expected. I’m assuming this is probably the usual kind of wait when they’re busy, but it still wasn’t the smoothest support experience.

"Box showed up beat up"
So the box got here looking like it had been through a lot, honestly. The packaging was torn in a few spots and it didn’t really feel like the item had much protection around it, which made me a little nervous opening it. I was just kind of surprised it was shipped that way

"Shipping was more of a hassle than expected"
I ordered from PulseTV and the items themselves were fine once they finally showed up, but the shipping took way too long. The tracking barely updated, so I had to keep checking it and trying to figure out where my package was, which got frustrating.
I wasn’t in a huge rush or anything, but it still felt like way more effort than it should’ve been just to get a basic order delivered. Waiting around with no clear info was annoying, and I’d probably think twice before ordering from them again.

"Return was such a headache"
I tried returning my order and it was more of a pain than I expected. The refund took way too long, and the emails back and forth felt super slow. Not the worst thing ever, but yeah... just wasn’t worth the hassle for me tbh.

"I kept trying to be patient..."
I kept trying to be patient and give the selection a fair chance, but there just wasn’t much there that I wanted. It got frustrating having to dig around and still come up with basically nothing worth picking.

“In my opinion, it really varies depending on what you purchase. I would advise avoiding any items that require a power source, as I personally learned from a difficult experience. However, other small miscellaneous items should be perfectly fine.”
